Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Accessible Game Hub is run from Latvia, in the European Union, and follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site's administrators are the data controllers.
What we collect and why
- Account: your email address, a securely scrambled password (we never see it), your username and when you accepted these terms. Used to run your account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google.
- Posts: what you write in the forum, shown publicly under your username or as Anonymous.
- Optional emails you give in suggestion and report forms, used only to reply to you.
- Spam protection: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address and account, kept briefly to enforce posting limits. We don't store your internet address itself.
- Human check: anonymous replies use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from robots. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that check.
- Automatic content check: post text is sent to an AI service to spot explicit or hateful content. It is not used to identify you.
Legal bases: running the service you asked for (account and posts), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe from spam and abuse (limits, checks and moderation).
Cookies and storage
We only use storage that is needed for the site to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering whether you chose the dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data stays until you delete your account. Spam-protection records are kept for at most a few days. Posts stay until you, or an administrator, delete them; when you delete your account, your posts show “Deleted user”.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, object to how we use it, and complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija). You can delete your account yourself on the Your account page. For anything else, contact us through the website suggestion form on the About page.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. It is stored with our hosting and database providers, Google (only if you use Google sign in), Cloudflare (human check) and the AI content check service, only as needed to run the site.
